The Governing Board is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, ambitious, highly motivated and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to start in January 2026.
This post is fixed term to cover Spring and Summer Terms for staffing purposes.
We are looking for a member of staff with a good sense of humour to join our very hardworking and supportive team in this delightful rural school.
You will: - Have a passion for inspiring learners through exciting and innovative curriculum experiences; - Have excellent, up-to-date knowledge and experience of the primary curriculum, teaching and learning both in terms of planning, lesson delivery and assessment.
- Have vision, passion and drive to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils; - Be an excellent classroom practitioner who sets high standards for yourself and your pupils in order to maintain our high academic results.
- Have an understanding of teaching and learning across the primary range; - Be well-motivated and a positive role model; - Have a desire to develop your own skills and be part of the whole life of the school. - Be a team player who will be committed to sharing your own good practice with your colleagues, be open to advice and work positively within a fantastic and skilled team; - Be flexible and reflective;
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills; - Be dynamic, resilient and hard-working with a positive nature; - Be able to work as part of a team and establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, governors and staff; - Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice;
