Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Execution: Translate strategic objectives set by the Fractional CMO into actionable multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline performance.
* Lead & Demand Generation: Plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to deliver qualified sales opportunities.
* HubSpot Ownership: Own and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, building workflows, automations, lead scoring, and performance dashboards.
* Website & Content Management: Optimise the website for conversion, implement SEO best practices, and create compelling, benefit-led content like blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
* Events & Engagement: Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and attendee communications for industry conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and networking breakfast events.
* B2B Experience: Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in a dedicated B2B marketing role.
* Marketing Automation: Strong, direct experience utilizing HubSpot Marketing Hub (or an equivalent automated platform) to build lead‑nurturing workflows and dashboards.
* Lead Generation & Data: Proven track record of generating qualified leads alongside experience tracking performance metrics via Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Content Mastery: Exceptional project management, communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
* Sector Knowledge: Prior experience working within the SaaS, PropTech, Real Estate, or technology industries.
* Advanced Campaigns: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid social, and PPC management.
* Tools: Experience using AI tools for productivity, basic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), and prior event-planning experience.
