Working closely with senior leaders, trade unions, and stakeholders across the council, you’ll help ensure our people policies are robust, up-to-date, and aligned with our strategic goals and legislative requirements. You’ll provide expert advice on policy and employment practice issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and help drive creative, evidence-led solutions. By building strong partnerships and using data-driven insights, you’ll help create a positive, resilient council where every policy supports our ambitions and values.
