Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the development and integration of innovative tools for clinical reporting on cloud-based platforms. Drive adoption of new ways of working to enable data, code, and output versioning and orchestration. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions for clinical trial analysis. Guide agile development cycles from user requirements to production release, training, and support. Mentor junior team members on technical best practices and open-source development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and open-source collaboration within and beyond Novartis. Identify and implement opportunities to modernize and enhance technical tooling and processes.
