As a Housing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload covering possession and eviction proceedings, tenancy agreements, housing disputes, and disrepair claims. You will be the go-to expert, providing legal advice and drafting documents like contracts and agreements. Representation in negotiations and court will be part of your role, so strong advocacy skills are essential. Familiarity with the Legal Aid CCMS Portal is also required.
