In this key role, you will help ensure equipment reliability, support continuous improvement activities, and contribute to maintaining a safe and productive manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipmentDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults to reduce downtime and keep production runningSupport engineering upgrades, line improvements, and optimisation projectsWork closely with production colleagues to maintain high equipment performanceEnsure maintenance tasks are logged and carried out in line with site quality, safety, and compliance standardsRequirementsMechanical and/or electrical engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC, etc.)Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environmentsStrong hands-on fault-finding and problem-solving skillsApply hereTPBN1_UKTJ
