What Makes This Role Different?
* Model outstanding practice in the room every day
* Lead by example, demonstrating high quality interactions and purposeful provision
* Support and mentor other practitioners, particularly apprentices and newer staff
* Help embed our curriculum and company ethos consistently across the setting
* Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of learning environments
* Contribute to planning, assessment and next steps at a deeper, more analytical level
* Work closely with the Manager and Area Lead to drive quality improvement

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring, engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
* Ensure high quality teaching and learning across your room
* Monitor children’s progress and support staff in identifying next steps
* Promote inclusive practice and strong partnership with parents
* Champion outdoor learning and Forest School principles
* Support room organisation, routines and daily leadership
* Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement
