Abbotts Estate Agency is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in Chelmsford. OTE £40k-£80k.
We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new clients and achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the mortgage process, advising on products and services
* Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and build relationships
Skills and experience required:
* Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, detail-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle
