We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team in Swanley!
1. Role: Sales Administrator
2. Contract Type: Temp To Perm (4-6 weeks temping initially)
3. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
4. Location: Swanley, free parking on site and a 15-minute walk from Swanley train station
5. Salary: £25, - £27, depending on experience
6. Start: Monday 1st September
Duties:
7. Process a high-volume of product orders
8. Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with orders and queries
9. Process invoices for all sales transactions
10. Ensure customer data is up to date
11. Provide support in reporting sales data
12. Support the branch sales team with general operations
13. Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
14. Communicate internally the feedback from the customers
Your skills should include:
15. Strong attention to detail.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Dynamics is an advantage but not a requirement
18. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
19. Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential
