, who are looking to appoint an
Accounts Payable Clerk
on a
permanent
basis.
This will be a
full-time
position, with hybrid working (
1/2 days per week in the office
) and a salary
of
c.£26,000.
The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable and be looking for a long term role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Checking and processing c.1000 invoices per month
* Reconciling supplier statements and direct debit payments
* Checking supplier accounts, obtaining missing information if required and updating accounts accordingly
* Dealing with and resolving internal and external queries
* Assisting with supplier payment runs
* Monitoring the AP inbox and handling and distributing post
Experience required:
* Background in accounts payable
