This is a strong opportunity for a warehouse and logistics professional with growth potential to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.” - Colin Barnes, Lancaster General Manager**What you will do*** Lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations to support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity* Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control activities* Support OTIF delivery performance for UK and international customers* Manage WMS, barcoding, and related IT systems* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and manage costs* Support carrier and transport contract management to ensure effective service and value* Monitor budgets (labor, transport, facilities) and plan resources to meet operational needs* Lead, coach, and support warehouse and administrative teams to strengthen performance and engagement* Collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements and analyze KPIs to identify improvements* Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies, and support implementation of new systems and processes for business growth**Who you are*** You are results-oriented and highly motivated* You have exceptional leadership and people management capability* You have proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations with a strong understanding of inventory control and distribution* You are skilled in supporting teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication* You proactively contribute to process improvements and continuous operational efficiency* You have strong IT capabilities, including WMS systems and advanced Excel use* You are well-organized with solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills* You have knowledge of health & safety standards and awareness of budgets and commercial impact* You are adaptable, practical, and solution-focused, with the ability to motivate and support others* You are customer-focused and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement**This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job:** We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
