15 HOURS PER WEEK, MON – FRI, Flexible hours to be decided, ideally available for afternoons
Salary £10,140 (£13 per hour)
Hailwood & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm that provides audit, accountancy, tax and payroll services. We pride ourselves in providing a professional, caring and supportive service to our clients.
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our small team based in our office in Moreton. This is an office-based post, reporting to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities and Role
 * Provide first-class customer service with a friendly and professional manner.
 * Excellent team worker with exceptional communication skills.
 * Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
 * Assist with payroll administration initially, then manage a portfolio of payroll clients.
Employment Details
This is a permanent position, subject to a six-month probationary period. Annual Leave entitlement is 84 hours, including bank holidays.
