* 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wolverhampton office. Whether you are an established 360 Consultant looking for a new challenge or a Trainee Consultant ready to take on the next step, gap personnel can provide you with the tools you need to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Generate new business through cold calling
* Arranging and attending new client visits
* Manage and improve service levels for client accounts
* Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Your Experience:
* Proven track record of growing and retaining business
* Experience in developing team members
* Good knowledge of the recruitment market in West Midlands
* Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs
* Experience of managing clients
* Proven success in winning new business
