Care Assistant – Cartwright Court
Part‑time, 16 hours per week (7am‑2pm early shifts and 4pm‑10pm late shifts, alternating weekends). Pay £13.26‑£14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends). UK‑based applicants only – sponsorship not available.
Cartwright Court is an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development with 1‑ and 2‑bed apartments, an on‑site restaurant and landscaped gardens.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks (appointments, light cleaning, laundry, shopping)
* Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
* Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
* Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year experience in a UK health and social care role
* Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential
* Caring, dependable, passionate about supporting older adults
* Live within commuting distance of the development
