Deputy Nursery Manager - Maternity Cover (Fixed Term 1 year)

This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, offering the chance to work in a beautifully homely setting with children aged 1-4 years, where every day is filled with curiosity, creativity, and care.

* Start Date: January 2026
* 20 per hour 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)

About the Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, lead a team of passionate practitioners, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for our little learners.
You’ll also take the lead on administrative tasks, so confidence with office systems and organisation is key.
What We're Looking For
* CACHE Level 3 qualification (minimum)
* At least 2 years experience in a similar senior or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Confident with admin and nursery management systems
* A warm, personable, and professional approach
