Requirements
Bringing bags of talent marketing or advertising experience (either agency or in house), you’ll already have a good idea of what it takes to solve our clients’ biggest challenges. You’ll be working with some great clients such as the LEGO Group, Deloitte, Pandora, and Yodel, providing solutions to attract the best talent into their organisations.
Able to develop a rapport with anyone and everyone, building relationships will be at the heart of your role as a Client Manager. Supporting the strategic lead across your client portfolio, and working closely with the client service team, you’ll be the first port of call for your clients. You’ll lead on the delivery of targeted attraction campaigns and channel planning encompassing job boards, performance media, paid search and social. In addition to confidently handling campaign management, you’ll also lead client meetings, presenting complex ideas and data, and use your digital advertising knowledge to make sure all digital activity is tracked. You’ll also work with our in-house creative and project management teams to support the development of creative ideas and the delivery of creative assets for your clients’ campaigns.
Spotting every opportunity to keep ROI high, you’ll monitor reporting dashboards and work with our tech and social teams and external partners to optimise media – essentially, getting involved in everything that keeps our clients happy and their campaigns performing fantastically.
