Our client is a highly successful Technology Solutions Provider with a broad offering including Telephony and IT solutions. They are looking for a Sales Team Leader to work from their Head Office in Manchester.
We are currently recruiting for a motivational Team Leader to join our office solutions client based in Manchester. You will be responsible for developing and leading a team of 6 -8 Business Development Managers, demonstrating first-hand how to generate and convert solid leads, delivering expert product knowledge and consistently exceeding targets. You will enjoy fulfilling the role of top performer, acting as a role model for new recruits and taking a lead in driving the business forward. Your role will focus on creating a culture of success and cultivating a high performing sales team.
Key duties will include:
•Telemarketing, lead generation and outbound B2B sales
•Identifying customer needs, creating and converting opportunities
•Appointment making and managing the lead generation scheme
•Training, mentoring and 121s
•Delivering against team-based revenue targets
•Attaining new business and managing existing clients
•A proactive approach to assist your team and driving them to reach their KPI’s and targets.
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate:
•Track role of success in an outbound sales role (preferably B2B)
•Previous supervisory experience would be preferred but is not essential
•The ability to motivate yourself and those around you
•Motivated, tenacious, resilient and driven attitude
•Ambition and determination to succeed Current or recent experience working in an IT or Telephony Sales environment
In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £30,000 DOE plus a very realistic OTE in your first year, together with a competitive benefits package and standard Monday-Friday 9-5:30 office hours.
Working positively amongst their team and assisting the business development managers.
