Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Power Generation

Our client is a respected supplier of generators and power solutions with a strong reputation since the late 1980s. They have become one of the industry’s leading specialists, delivering power generation projects worldwide across a range of mission-critical industries.
They are now seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join their UK team. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing accounts across the south of the UK.
Overview
Responsibilities
* Identify and win new business opportunities within the power generation market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Work closely with the technical and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Develop account plans to support customer growth and long-term partnerships
* Report on sales activity and market opportunities to senior management
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record in sales and business development
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of industrial generators or power generation products is essential
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline preferred but not essential
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
