What They’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in quality assurance within FE or apprenticeships

Strong understanding of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and ESFA funding rules

Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and influence best practice

Experience supporting curriculum teams with audits, self-assessment reports (SAR), and quality improvement plans (QIPs)

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills

A relevant teaching or assessor qualification is highly desirable

What They Offer:

A progressive and inclusive working environment at a respected FE institution

Opportunities to shape strategy and lead on impactful quality initiatives

Professional development and leadership training

A collaborative culture with a focus on innovation and learner success

If you're ready to play a leading role in ensuring outstanding quality in apprenticeship and work-based learning provision, and to work within a supportive and ambitious college environment, this is the opportunity for you.
