Role Responsibilities: Ensure that all cutlery, crockery, pots and equipment are cleaned to the standard required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ensure that all equipment, cutlery, crockery, pots and glassware is stored safely and allocated to the correct areas ensuring that any breakages are reported. Keep all areas of the kitchen and related areas clean and tidy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ensure cleaning procedures are followed for the cleaning of equipment with the correct chemicals and follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. To ensure any faults or damage to equipment are reported to a senior chef. Assist with food deliveries and ensure that food items are stored correctly as per the instruction of the head chef or senior chef. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Implement action on Hygiene Audits in order to enhance the environment and achieve positive consistent results.
