Base pay range

We are a registered charity employing over 100 career staff and 300 student staff, delivering a wide range of services and representative functions for UCL students. We have the widest portfolio of services of any student organisation in the country, managing UCL’s extracurricular programmes for sport, music, drama, dance, media, volunteering, academic societies and intercultural engagement; providing a wide range of fantastic social spaces; leading on student democracy and representation across UCL; and offering excellent student support services.

The role is a full time and permanent position. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on an 80/20 basis (80% working from the office).
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the commercial marketing activity of the Students’ Union across multiple services (bars, cafés, shops and a gym).
* Work with different teams and managers to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and revenue.
* Coordinate the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across the Union, ensuring alignment with our brand.
* Act as a brand champion and support departments in the application of our brand.
Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of effective marketing practices and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
* Experience of working in higher education or a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
