New Year, New Job! Take your Neonatal Nursing career to the next level. We are looking for ambitious senior staff nurses to join the Neonatal Outreach Nursing Team on the Neonatal Unit at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital.
We are a large, supportive neonatal team that takes pride in the high standards of care we deliver, reflected in the positive outcomes of the infants we care for. Our unit is one of the biggest and busiest neonatal units in the country, and our Neonatal Outreach Team offers a 24‑hour service in the community, providing a wealth of experience to enhance your career.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading timely and effective discharge planning
* Providing family‑centred support and follow‑up care in the home environment
* Working independently while contributing to a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team
* Collaborating closely with Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) and Transitional Care teams
* Assessing neonatal care needs, developing personalised care plans, implementing and evaluating care without direct supervision
In this role you will also provide clinical supervision to colleagues and students, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care, and consistently promote dignity, human rights, and person‑centred principles.
