Job Description: To generate asbestos survey reports from information supplied by lead surveyors, using Word templates and print quality checked reports into a PDF format. Liaise with project managers and lead surveyors relating to reporting queries making sure these are returned in a timely manner to ensure internal and external reporting KPI’s are met. To quality check asbestos bulk analysis certificates against site paperwork/custody forms for errors. Liaise with analytical contractors to ensure that errors are dealt with and to ensure all sample results are returned in a timely manner. To collate asbestos sample results and site drawings to be produced on visio and quality check the returned site plans. Responsible for the archiving/filing and scanning of site documentation and ensuring that all electronic file names are as required. The role requires a hands on approach and the asbestos administrator will be expected to be proactive in their own learning as well as being trained to in house procedures and paperwork. Relevant external training courses will be provided as and when necessary.
