Retail Systems Support – Temp to Perm

8:45am - 5:30pm
Pertemps Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a respected retailer, based at their Head Office in Plymouth.
This is a temp-to-perm role offering hands-on experience with real responsibility and a clear path into a permanent position. You’ll support the systems that keep stores running smoothly, working with teams across the business to solve problems and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up POS systems for new stores and refits
* Support store projects and system updates
* Ensure hardware is delivered on time and ready to use
* Provide cover during busy periods and holidays
* Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Person Specification
* Previous retail experience and an interest in Computers
* Organised and reliable
* Confident managing multiple tasks
* Strong communication skills
* Practical problem solver with attention to detail
* Calm under pressure and able to work independently
