SEN Teacher
Contract Type: Long term, 4 days per week, 8:30 - 3:30

Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and create differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN needs.
* Provide a structured, consistent, and supportive classroom environment.
* Assess individual learning needs, track progress, and adjust teaching strategies.
* Collaborate with other professionals to support holistic development.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour support plans, and risk assessments where necessary.
* Foster strong relationships with pupils, families and carers, offering regular feedback and guidance.
Other Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN needs.
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour support strategies.
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
