PSR have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant. This position is working for a Residential Groundworks Contractor in their office based in Redditch. This opportunity is for an individual that enjoys a fast paced office environment. Salary is dependant on experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Construction Director in daily office tasks.
* Programme writing.
* Support the wider team as and when necessary.
* Prepare presentations, proposals and project-related material where required.
* Assist with the planning, progress and documentation for associated civil engineering projects.
* Maintain accurate files, databases and project records.
* Pulling reports – essential for business decisions; ability to understand how to do this.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working within Construction / Civils / Groundworks sector.
* Excellent IT knowledge.
* Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel).
* Full UK driver\'s license is essential as travel may be required from time to time.
* Strong organisational skills; will be dealing with many tasks across different departments and communication channels.
