SEN Teaching Assistants Required – Immediate Start SEN Secondary School | Redhill / Chaldon Monday to Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm Full-Time Position

We are currently recruiting dedicated, resilient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and understands the importance of patience, consistency, and positive relationship-building.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students Assisting pupils with learning, routines, and classroom engagement Encouraging independence, confidence, and communication skills Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Creating a positive, supportive, and reliable presence throughout the school day
What We’re Looking For:
Previous SEN Teaching Assistant or support work experience is essential Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs A calm, proactive, and patient approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
