WANTED! An ambitious experienced Assistant Sales Manager is required for a highly regarded independent local estate agency in Reigate offering career progression and competitive earnings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and energetic Estate Agent seeking the next step in their career. Based in Reigate this role is with an established highly professional independent estate agency with a strong local presence.
The ideal candidate will have valuation experience a proven record in winning instructions and excellent client relationship skills combined with the drive to achieve strong results in a competitive marketplace.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Carrying out market appraisals and securing new instructions
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of the sales team
* Driving branch performance to achieve targets and KPIs
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Negotiating offers and managing sales progression
* Supporting and motivating junior team members
* Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Significant experience in residential estate agency
* Proven track record in valuations and instruction winning
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication confidence and persuasiveness
* Ambitious self-motivated and target-driven
* Good local knowledge of Reigate and surrounding areas (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
