Training Provider Compliance Manager (North West)
Location: Home-based with regional (and some UK/International) travel
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £37,500 + £7,900 car allowance (total package £45,400)
We are seeking a quality-driven training professional within Engineering to fill the role of Provider Compliance Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that providers (UK & International as required) deliver licensed products and services to the required quality standards, adhering to relevant standards and compliance criteria within Engineering Construction. Your role will involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement with providers and supporting the Senior Provider Compliance Manager in enhancing provider quality assurance processes.
Additionally, you will support training providers in expanding their delivery range, including programmes and courses, and promoting additional products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out and delivering quality audits across products and services in line with standards and compliance criteria
2. Effective account management of the training provider portfolio
3. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives with providers in the delivery of products/services
4. Collaborating with the Provider Compliance team to standardise the provider network quality assurance and compliance processes
5. Supporting the implementation and monitoring of improvement plans to enhance quality assurance
6. Assisting with growth opportunities with existing and new providers
7. Supporting the initial approval process for training providers
Essential Criteria:
* Relevant industry qualifications within Engineering (ONC/OND or equivalent)
* Minimum Level 3 Engineering Vocational Qualifications
* Strong quality assurance skills with high standards
* Extensive experience and knowledge of work-based learning, training, and apprenticeship programmes within Engineering
* Strong understanding of continuous improvement processes
* Good understanding of auditing, training, and assessment processes
* Assertive, resilient, and self-motivated
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work independently
* A1 and/or IQA qualification
