Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. This role will require the successful candidate to work in office 3 days a week, 5 hours a day

Duties
* Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
* Reconciling bank statements including invoice finance
* Maintaining supplier delivery notes
* Maintaining organised filing systems
* Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts
* Raise occasional credit notes and customer discounts
* Recognise and flag Prepayment & Accrual invoices
Experience
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to be part of a friendly team in a more slow paced role. Prior experience with accounting software Sage 50 is highly desirable, alongside excellent organisational skills.
