Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team on a fully remote basis. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
2. Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to resolve issues.
3. If unable to resolve, communicate with the landlord with a solution and arrange works with contractors.
4. Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
5. Make regular ‘well-being’ calls to landlords.
6. Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
7. Ensure all properties meet mandatory compliance/legislation requirements, following company processes.
8. Coordinate with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure inspections are completed and communicate with landlords and tenants accordingly.
9. Contact managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures and timeframes.
10. Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
11. Ensure the check-out process is followed and communication is sent via the Depositary site.
12. Collaborate with team leaders, heads of centres, and branch networks to understand reasons for lost units.
13. Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.
