As a Driver, youll be delighting customers at the final stage of their journey with us - creating that all-important lasting impression. From bustling city high-rises to cosy countryside homes, no two days are the same. Whether its a recliner or a footstool, youll deliver it all with a smile (and share a laugh with your teammates along the way).
What you'll be doing
1. Complete all deliveries into customers homes in a safe and professional manner.
2. Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know youre on your way to their address.
3. Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of.
4. Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do.
5. Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer.
