The role
* Manage day-to-day construction site operations
* Prepare Construction phase Health and Safety Plan and Manual at project completion
* Order materials
* Arrange sub-contractors
* Coordinate with architects and clients
* Price future work contracts
* Conduct valuations
* Manage up to 6+ sites simultaneously
The Person
* Possess SMSTS or another management-level health and safety qualification
* Proficient in IT
* Knowledge of construction programming software is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, face-to-face
