Job Title: Retirement Living Services Assistant / Administrator. Salary: £22,932. Contract: Permanent. Location: Middlewich. Weekly Hours: 35.
What is this role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Hazelmere, our Retirement Living Scheme in Middlewich. As an RLS Assistant your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers lives.
Working week
You will be based onsite at Willowmere, situated in Middlewich. Your work hours will be 35 per week, on a 2 week rota, working every other Saturday - 10am - 2pm.
Responsibilities
As part of the Willowmere team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Hazelmere to live independently. You will be the face of the organisation, and often the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners. You will have excellent communication skills and be a true people person, always looking for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG\s service to our customers.
Qualifications / What would make me stand out
Experience of working in an office environment; Strong IT skills; Strong organisational skills. Ideally you will be a collaborative team player with a customer first mentality; resilient and adaptable, able to prioritise a busy and reactive workload; great communicator, with excellent attention to detail.
