A global investment management firm is looking for a Client Manager to join its London-based EMEA client service hub, supporting Italian intermediary and institutional clients.
This role sits at the centre of the client experience, acting as a key point of contact for servicing, operational and regulatory queries, while working closely with Sales, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams.
Fluency in English is required, alongside Italian.
The Role
* Act as a primary contact for intermediary and institutional clients across Europe (primarily the Italian Market)
* Own and resolve client queries, service requests and ad-hoc information needs
* Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
* Support client reporting, documentation, due diligence and regulatory communications
* Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes
Experience Required:
* 5+ years’ experience in client service or relationship management within asset management or a related financial services environment
* Exposure to Italian intermediary and/or institutional clients
* Understanding of asset management products and relevant regulation (e.g. UCITS, MiFID II, AML/KYC)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
* Fluent English plus Italian (spoken and written)
