Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Account Strategy Development:
* Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
* Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve client and organisational objectives.
* Identify opportunities for New Business accounts, and upselling and cross-selling additional products or services into existing.
Revenue Growth:
* Drive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant departments.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Use data analytics to track account performance, develop actionable insights and support customers.
* Prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal & external meetings.
Market Insights:
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities. - Use insights to inform account strategies and recommend improvements.
Experience and Skills required:
Essential
* A highly motivated self-starter
* A collaborative and professional approach
* A problem solver capable of delivering sound logical arguments
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Demonstrable numeracy and analytical skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability and willingness to travel
Desirable
* 1 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role with New Business history
