Test Analyst | Hybrid (Swindon) | Up to £36,700 + Great Benefits

If you are a Manual Tester with some exposure or knowledge of test automation, then this will be perfect for you!
The Role
As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in the manual testing and quality assurance of critical system implementations. Reporting to the Senior Test Analyst, you’ll:
1. Design, plan, and execute test scripts from unit testing through to UAT
2. Ensure quality assurance across all organisational systems
3. Translate acceptance criteria into technical and functional test cases
4. Manage defects, track issues, and liaise with project teams and third-party suppliers
5. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth user acceptance testing
Key Experience Required
6. Strong Manual Testing skills, ideally with some exposure to Automated Testing
7. Experience testing CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
8. Exposure to EPoS / PoS systems (LS Central highly advantageous but not essential)
9. Experience testing eCommerce platforms (exposure to Magento is highly advantageous but not essential)
10. DevOps exposure
11. MUST HAVE: Professional Testing Certification - ISTQB (or similar)
12. Driving licence preferred – visits to sites are rare but may be required
