Restoria Classics specialise in the restoration and repair of a wide range of Classic Vehicles alongside bespoke modifications and Restomod conversions. We are based in Brooke in South Norfolk.
We are looking for a candidate who values perfection whilst also achieving time schedules to ensure we achieve projects within our budgets.
You must have a a comparable role in an automotive Bodyshop of Classic Car business. If you have Fabrication / Welding / Mechanical skills alongside this would be a positive for this role as our work ebbs and flows between these skills. We would be open to consider you for either a Part Time or Full time role to suit.
All applicants must have recent experience working within this environment as a painter / prepper / polisher and be willing to carry out w wide range of restoration tasks.
Your responsibilities would include :
-Painting a wide range of vehicles from minor repairs to full body resprays.
-Masking and priming and filler work
-Flatting and polishing, including quality control and using a detailing light to ensure a perfect finish
-Painting vehicle mechanical, underbody and miscellaneous components
-Applying underbody coatings and carrying out post repair anti corrosion protection
Desirable Skills
-Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work
-Ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision
-At least 5 years experience as a painter/ prepper
-Have good communication skills and a positive 'Can Do' attitude
-Hold a full UK driving licence
-Live within commuting distance of NR15 1JE.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.50-£16.50 per hour
