Skills & Experience Some experience within a B2B, sales, customer service, or account support environment would be beneficial. An interest in account management, customer relationships, and commercial business operations. Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, quotes, and basic reporting. Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with clients and suppliers professionally. Good organisation and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
