Cover Supervisors Needed – Secondary Schools
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rugeley and Staffordshire on a day-to-day basis. This is a flexible opportunity for those with experience in schools who want to deliver lessons and maintain positive classroom environments without requiring Qualified Teacher Status.
Your Role:
* Supervise KS3 & KS4 classes using pre-prepared lesson plans
* Maintain classroom order and manage behaviour effectively
* Support students with learning, answering questions and providing guidance
* Report incidents or concerns to appropriate staff
* Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
