The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role, for a marketer with a solid grounding in digital and content marketing who is ready to take the next step. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, deliver, and optimise a wide range of marketing activities that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
2. Create, edit and publish engaging content for web, email, and social media platforms.
3. Manage and optimise LinkedIn activity (organic and paid) to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
5. Coordinate marketing activity for webinars, events and campaigns — including promotion, logistics, and follow-up.
6. Manage and update website content and optimise pages for SEO and conversion.
7. Support email marketing activity — from list management and segmentation to campaign creation and performance tracking.
