Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
Experience working in a similar insurance or broking role
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Friendly and approachable personality
Ability to adapt to different client requirements with patience and understanding
What will you be doing?
Negotiating renewal and new business terms with insurers and clients
Communicating clearly with both clients and insurance underwriters
Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers
Supporting clients with their commercial insurance requirements
Delivering a professional and responsive service throughout the insurance process
