About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Sales Leadership Team. This is a key position within the dealership, offering the chance to make a real impact while working alongside an established and successful team.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior leadership to drive consistent financial performance within the Sales department
* Support and guide Sales Executives in structuring high-quality, compliant deals
* Ensure strong customer qualification and accurate part-exchange appraisals
* Oversee finance conversations, ensuring they are clear, professional, and tailored to customer needs
* Maintain a disciplined and consistent sales process across the team
* Contribute to both volume and profitability targets while upholding excellent customer outcomes
About You
* Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller within a retail sales environment
* Proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable financial performance
* Commercially aware with a structured, organised approach
* Confident working within a regulated environment
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on professionalism xkybehq and accountability
* Experience within a group or multi-brand automotive environment is advantageous but not essential
