A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team in Birmingham. You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes for an impressive portfolio of commercial clients. Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
Lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes
2+ years’ PQE in real estate litigation (strong candidates slightly outside this range will also be considered)
~ Solid technical knowledge and good experience handling commercial property disputes
~ Commercial awareness and an interest in building client relationships
Exposure to top-tier, high-value property litigation work
