We are looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our team. The focus of this role is to complete all Machine Operative tasks to a high standard, by constantly challenging the status quo and be at the forefront of evolution, continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare. Whist promoting Unilin’s core values of openness, integrity, adaptability, customer focus and team approach.
Permanent Position: Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm on rotation weekly

Key Tasks and Duties:
5. Work within the ethos and standards of the company
6. Work in all areas of the factory
7. Complete training on all functions of MO1 Grade 1
8. Keep good housekeeping standards in all areas
9. Keep up to date knowledge of all products
10. Ensure waste is discarded in appropriate manner
11. Follow work instructions in all areas
12. Ensure you comply with Health & Safety regulations
13. You are responsible for your own Health & Safety and the Health and Safety of your fellow employees
14. Ensure all data to be recorded is accurate and up to date
15. Actively participate within the team to ensure and maintain high standards
16. Responsible for ensuring that all targets are achieved
17. Accurate setting up of any machine to ensure start up is completed on time
18. Communicate with Shift coordinators, Leaders and team to ensure they are aware of any issues within your designated area
19. Work and communicate with other member of the team to ensure transfer of information with regard to your role
20. Ensure quality guidelines are followed for all areas
21. Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines
22. Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management
