With a strong track record in delivering grid-connected power and digital infrastructure, we are expanding our UK portfolio and seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead strategic project development.
Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle development of multiple data centre projects.
* Drive land acquisition, planning, and permitting processes.
* Oversee grid connection strategies and technical feasibility.
* Support investment assessment, due diligence, and project governance.
* Mentor junior team members and foster high-performance culture.
Requirements
* 8+ years' experience in data centre, renewable energy, or infrastructure development.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
* Knowledge of UK planning frameworks (TCPA, DCO), land negotiations, and grid connections.
* Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, or related field.
* Able to work hybrid with regular UK travel.
