Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

We welcome UK-wide applications. Your contract will be tied to a local M Group office, with occasional travel to Warwick for meetings.

What will you be doing?

Oversee up to 10 simultaneous projects, managing each from initiation through to customer handover. This includes leading weekly internal and external calls, attending face-to-face meetings when required, and delivering consistent progress reports.

Projects will be tracked using MS Project and ITSM tools. You’ll proactively identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.

Financial responsibilities include cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting, with clear visibility on charges and revenue. You’ll report time spent against sold effort and conduct Gate Control Checks to maintain quality standards.

Strong communication and coordination will be key to ensuring all project activities are effectively executed.

What you’ll bring?

You’ll bring a proven track record of successful project delivery and a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience in budget control and financial oversight is essential.

Strong presentation and formal communication skills are required, along with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is expected, and you should be competent in using MS Project to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
