Property Solicitor – Ormskirk
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded local practice in Ormskirk. This role is ideal for an ambitious Property specialist seeking a new challenge within a supportive, modern and forward‑thinking firm.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, with all levels of PQE considered (NQ-4 years is the guideline). A background in Property work is essential. You will join a collaborative Conveyancing department made up of both qualified and non‑qualified fee earners.
In this position, the Solicitor will take ownership of a diverse caseload of Residential and Commercial matters, managing files independently from instruction through to completion. While the workload will initially cover both Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, the long‑term focus will move toward Commercial Property as part of the wider Commercial team.
The firm is also looking for someone who can contribute to the continued growth of the office's developing Commercial department. This includes supporting business development initiatives and playing an active role in the firm's long‑term plans and expansion.
The office is easily commutable from most areas across Merseyside and hybrid working is available as standard.
