Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Belfast with a permanent contract, offering £26,692 per annum for 30 hours per week.
The coordinator will oversee and deliver complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, aimed at victims and survivors of conflict, promoting healthy lifestyles and coping mechanisms. Responsibilities include training and supervising sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards, managing procurement, maintaining governance and data protection, ensuring safe environments, developing policies, maintaining data systems, liaising with staff, providing reports, monitoring and evaluation, updating informational materials, and maintaining records.
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and three years of experience in service delivery to trauma victims, project management experience, understanding of conflict legacy in Ireland and transitional justice, trauma impact knowledge, commitment to holistic support, research experience, CRM system expertise, NGO governance knowledge, understanding of gender harms, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel.
Skills required include project management, research, presentation, writing, and communication.
