As a science Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping students' understanding and appreciation of the subject. This fulfilling role involves:
* Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 involvement depending on your experience and expertise.
* Creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
* Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to help each individual thrive.
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of science teachers, sharing best practices, and contributing to the department's continued development.
